My name is Andy. I’m 37 years old (1972) and recently moved from Hampshire to Doncaster (Epworth) to start a new life and pick up the pieces following a split from a 9 year relationship. I’m a hopeless romantic, loyal to a fault, very affectionate and love to show my man how much I love him. When I make a commitment to someone I’m the kind of person who will do everything I can before giving up, hence the last 9 years.
My dearest friends describe me as a loyal & affectionate person who is always there for them; no matter what time of day or night (yes I did ask them!). I tend to have a small selection of ‘best friends’ rather than lots of acquaintances. I’m the kind of guy that if I have something to give then you are more than welcome to have it. I am fairly well educated and opinionated & enjoy a good debate about what’s going on in the world. I also own my own business working from home with my own home and car. I get to work the hours i want and go to work in my dressing gown if i like which is pretty sweet!
Distance is no object! While I would prefer someone to be within an 80 mile radius I believe that true love doesn’t see distance and if I believe you are the person I want to spend my life with then a couple of hours drive isn’t remotely important (within reason lol).
People who don’t know me have said that I look unapproachable but please don’t think that because it couldn’t be further from the truth. Im very easy to talk to and a very good listener which means I hate talking about myself lol.
As well as looking unapproachable I am told that I look ‘a bit rough’ or that they would cross the street if they saw me late at night but I am one of the nicest people you will ever meet. My new neighbours told me this recently and I thought it was hilarious although I guess it does have its positives LMAO.
Try and not judge this book by its cover because while I may look very straight and while I’m not remotely camp, I am very much out and proud of my sexuality. I would prefer that my partner also be out simply because if I’m your boyfriend I don’t want to be introduced to people as your mate ;o)
IMPORTANT:
I am an old fashioned kind of guy so I don’t want to see pictures of your bits and I’m not interested in what you like to do in bed, so if you have a picture of your cock or any compromising positions then we won’t get on. - Im a real movie fan so i try and go to the cinema as much as possible, if i could move in i would lol. Snuggled up on the sofa with someone special is pure heaven.
